About

My family is where I find peace and comfort, but it wasn’t always that way. There were days when my children were very young that I literally thought, “I can’t do this!” It wasn’t until I began to make changes in myself that everything around me changed. I am extremely fortunate to have a husband who has always been my biggest supporter. Together we have raised two beautiful children and it’s the adventure of a lifetime.

As a mother I always strive to give my kids the support they need, to be their anchor when the seas get rough. Every kid deserves that. It’s not always easy; in fact, sometimes it’s downright bumpy. I’ve learned that it’s not really about the bumps, but rather the choices we make when they arise. When things get crazy, I stop and pay attention to what I can control and let go of what I can’t. A peaceful journey is always my goal, and when I can’t find peace within the chaos, I know I can always find a lesson in it.

I completed my life coach training and certification with Dr. Martha Beck who is the author of several New York Times bestsellers, including “Expecting Adam” and “Finding Your Own North Star” as well as being a monthly contributor to O, The Oprah Magazine. I hold a BA from UC Santa Barbara, and prior to being a life coach and fulltime mom, I worked in Human Resources as a Recruiting Manager for Oracle Corporation.
